Shipping
- We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.99.
- Orders are packed within 1 business day and arrive in 3–5 business days.
- Texas sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Returns & exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, fit or style.
- Manufacturer defects: if your frames arrive with a manufacturer defect, we will exchange them.
- Defect claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will reply with next steps.
